The INTRO20 code applies to your first payment cycle only, so to get the maximum discount, select “annual” billing, upgrade from the free version to the “standard” version, and make sure you select any “additional blocks” you might need.
What is an active task?
Each active repeating task only counts as one task, regardless of how many visits you log. E.g. grass-cutting in 10 gardens x14 visits, plus hedge-trimming in 5 of those gardens x4 visits, equals only 15 tasks.
If a client adds a one-off job, it will become inactive when completed, and no longer counts toward the total number of active tasks.
Additional blocks of 100 tasks can be added to your subscription as required, and will be charged pro-rata, so that they span only the remainder of your main subscription period (e.g. if you pay annually and add an additional block of tasks halfway through your subscription, that block will be charged at half the normal price, to reflect the remaining timeframe).
