What is the customer valuation?
The ‘Customer valuation’ page allows you to view the value of visits for a selection of tasks in a given date range. Select ‘Customer valuation’ from the ‘Customers’ section of the main menu or ‘Full grid view’ from the ‘Scheduling’ section section to view it.
The page will load initially with no tasks selected. Use the filters at the top of the page to narrow down which tasks to include, for example all tasks for a specific customer. The date range over which you want to include visits for can also be set at the top of the page. Click apply filters to confirm your selection.
Please be aware that due to the amount of information that can potentially be included in this report it may take a moment to produce, especially if you select a long date range or to include to many tasks.
The report
The report will be shown as a table where each row represents a task with the first few columns showing some basic task information. The value of each visit carried out for a task will be shown in a cell that represents the visit date. The final two columns in the table show the number of visits and the total value for that task over the selected date range, you will probably need to scroll the table horizontally to view all of it. All prices shown are Ex-tax.
The value of any stock linked to a visit is included in the cost shown. Only stock issued via the visit form is included, stock issued directly to the customer will not be considered.
A key is shown above the table that will give more information about each displayed value.
