Your staff can log their start and finish times in the Groundleader mobile app. They can also log the length of any breaks they may have taken and add a comment for each shift period. Any user in the admin role can view all staffs shift times on the website as well as download the information as a CSV file.
If your staff use the mobile app to log their start and finish times as they happen the shift times page in the website will show who is working and who is yet to start or finish their shift.

On the Select team & staff page of the mobile app there will be an option to ‘Start shift’, or if the users shift has already started ‘End shift’.
The staff member must click the ‘Start shift’ button to start their shift, they will need to enter their shift start time, the current time will be entered as default. The time must be entered in 24-hour format. When selecting to start the current shift the user may optionally indicate that they are lone working.
